The Anti-Freeze System
Parka and Bib-overalls..........
This System includes a three-quarter length sherpa- lined jacket
with front wind flap, storm cuffs in the sleeves, a permanent hood,
inner waist drawstring, and roomy zippered front
pockets set at a comfortable angle to rest your arms. There are also two
zippered interior pockets.
If you don't like hoods, here's what I
recommend. You can roll the hood backwards exposing the sherpa. This
makes for a very warm, cozy collar. Turn it back into a hood if you need a
little extra warmth on your shoulders later in the day. It's a great place
to throw a heat pack.
All are made of 100% Dacron polyester fleece. The sherpa
lining offers maximum heat retention and, coupled with fleece, it offers a
very high warmth to weight ratio. Windproof with ComforMax®IB.
This barrier is water-repellent but at the temperature this system works in, you
won't be worrying about water. The outer fleece is water resistant with
DWR.
Garment care is simply COOL WASH, HANG
DRY. Do not dry clean or dry in a hot dryer.
As you will notice by our catalog,
this system has evolved in a complete layering system. First, the
base layer of Expedition Weight 4 Way Stretch underwear top and bottom and socks.
Second, the Thermal Layer of 16 oz. camo or plain fleece full-zip top and
pull-on pants. Finally, the Sherpa-lined; ComforMax IB windbarrier lined
fleece outer parka and bibs.
This total system provides maximum
heat retention with simply the best MVTR (moisture vapor transfer rate)
available. Your body moisture will continue to move to the coldest
side. You will be warm and dry. Raven Wear is simply the most comfortable,
quiet cold weather hunting gear you will ever own. And remember, if you
like special features added to accommodate your style of hunting, let us
know. Everything is made-to-order according to the measurements
given. All garments are roomy cut to allow for layering.

The
great cover-up PONCHO
Haven't you
always wanted a quick, warm cover up to use in certain situations in the
outdoors? This poncho is fully lined with ComforMax IB. The outer
layer can be made with micro fleece or our standard 16 oz. wt. fleece. It
features side snaps, a hood, the back of the poncho is 6 in. longer than the
front. The front is mid-calf length. Arm length is about 6 in. above
the wrist. You can be the blind. Great for goose hunting.
Great for horseback riding. This
poncho works well for bowhunting too. Just put a clips on the arm openings
to take out the slack. This year's version feature two outer,
zippered pockets in the front. If you want and interior pocket, add $10.
